Job Description
As a Configuration Management Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and control of software, hardware, and contract data requirements across an assigned portfolio of work. You will oversee a staff of CM professionals and be responsible for implementation of configuration management plans, processes, and tools to meet BAE's established CM standards and customer requirements.

Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Configuration Management practitioner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools, mid-to-advanced proficiency with Excel, and experience with project management principles and fiscal management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues related to configuration discrepancies.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Configuration Management certifications (e.g., CMMI, CMII, NDIA, CAPM, CMPIC, PMP, ITIL)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices
- Experience with Production practices for configuration management
- Experience with Bids and Proposal, contract negotiations in the areas of configuration management
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, DoD)
