Who we are:

Glydways is reimagining what public transit can be. We believe that mobility is the gateway to opportunity—connecting people to housing, education, employment, commerce, and care. By making transportation more accessible, affordable, and sustainable, we empower communities to thrive and unlock economic and social prosperity.

Our mission is to revolutionize transit with a solution that delivers high capacity, exceptional user experiences, unmatched affordability, and minimal environmental impact.

The Glydways system is a groundbreaking network of carbon-neutral, interconnected transit pathways powered by standardized autonomous vehicles on dedicated roadways. Operating 24/7 with on-demand access, it offers personalized and efficient mobility—without the burden of heavy upfront infrastructure costs or ongoing taxpayer subsidies.

With Glydways, we’re building more than a transportation system; we’re creating a future where everyone, everywhere, has the freedom to move.

We’re at a pivotal moment in our journey. As we prepare to transition from R&D into full service in 2026, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Content and Brand Experience Manager to help us build a consumer brand that’s as innovative and groundbreaking as the solutions we deliver.

This is more than a marketing role—it’s an opportunity to define how the world sees us. Partnering directly with our VP of Marketing and Communications, you’ll craft compelling narratives, build engaging campaigns, and lead initiatives that introduce our brand to consumers in bold, memorable ways.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Glydways marketing team, you’ll be instrumental in turning our vision into a movement. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Shape Our Brand: Develop and execute content strategies that establish and amplify our brand voice, driving awareness and engagement across social media, email, and our website.
  • Launch Our Presence: Lead efforts to introduce our consumer-facing brand to the market, creating excitement and trust ahead of our service launch.
  • Create Experiences: Plan and execute marketing events that bring our story to life, leaving a lasting impression on our audiences.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams, including design, product, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and use insights to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
  • Embrace the Journey: Navigate the dynamic environment of an innovative company, bringing flexibility, creativity, and resourcefulness to every project.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a creative thinker and strategic doer who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited to shape the future of our brand.

  • Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: You bring 5+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with exposure to business operations, social media, consumer branding, and event management.
  • Brand Visionary: You understand today’s cultural trends and know how to position a brand to resonate with consumers in a meaningful way.
  • Marketing Expertise: You’re proficient with marketing tools and platforms like CRM systems and content management tools.
  • Organizational Excellence: You thrive in tools like Trello, Monday, or other project management tools to keep the ball rolling with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited to take the initiative to craft and execute marketing strategies in an evolving environment.
  • Creative Storyteller: You’re passionate about building compelling narratives that captivate audiences and build brand loyalty. You know how to be scrappy and creative on demand on all social platforms and have a working knowledge of Adobe CS, including video editing and basic graphic production.
  • Bonus: Prior experience working with innovative, future-focused brands is a major plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: Be part of a team shaping the future of transit and making a real difference.
  • Growth: Take on a critical role in an ambitious company with room to grow as we scale.
  • Culture: Work in an environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
