About Delve

Delve is the AI-native compliance platform that helps 1,000+ of the fastest growing companies get compliant without hundreds of hours of busywork. Companies like Instantly, Bland, and Wispr Flow use Delve to stay compliant and close millions in enterprise revenue.

Delve's marketing team is a lean team of 3 that managed to scale the company from 0 to 8-figures in ARR profitably in just the last 14 months. We also recently announced our $32M Series A at a $300M valuation. If you're sharp, scrappy, and want to build one of the most iconic growth engines, join us.

We're known for making compliance not a boring industry, whether it's by sending out doormats that say "Your shoes look good. Do your SOCs 2?" to the hottest startups or by taking over major cities with a multi-million dollar billboard campaign.

The Role

We are hiring a Content and Organic Marketing Lead to own copy end-to-end. From Delve's landing page and SEO content to organic social, case studies, and founder-led storytelling, you will work directly with the growth team to turn product, customer wins, and founding insights into a content engine.

What You Will Do
  • Own written content across Delve

    • Website copy, landing pages, blogs, SEO and GEO content

    • Case studies and customer stories in partnership with media

    • Newsletters, podcast scripts, and long-form thought leadership

  • Run organic content across channels

    • LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Hacker News, Quora, and similar communities

What We Are Looking For
  • Strong emotional intelligence and instinct for what resonates

  • Clarity and conciseness in writing

  • Bias to action

  • Ability to think collaboratively and iterate with feedback

  • Backgrounds we like to see:

    • Former founder

    • Product marketing

    • Content or brand writing at SaaS companies

    • High school/college journalism or editorial backgrounds

  • In-person in San Francisco

We care far more about hunger and willingness to learn than years of experience.

What It Is Like to Work Here
  • Very high ownership given to everyone

  • Flat team, low ego

  • Fast pace, 9-9-6 culture

Not a Fit If
  • You want highly structured, slow moving environments

  • You are uncomfortable being accountable for outcomes

  • You prefer writing without distribution or iteration
