Everyone's talking about AI. But here's the truth: ChatGPT can't send your emails. It can't book your flights. It can't even order you lunch.

Why? Because AI is trapped in a chat box. It can't take real actions in the real world.

We are changing that forever. We're not just building another AI company - we're creating the infrastructure that will power every AI application you'll use in the future.

The Revolution Needs You

Every AI app needs agentic "tools" - special functions that let AI models take real actions. Without tools, AI can only chat. With tools, AI can actually do things. We're building the definitive tools catalog and tool-calling platform that will unlock AI's true potential. Think Zapier for AI Actions. Think Auth0 for AI. Think really big.

Why This Is The Opportunity of a Lifetime

  • Founder-Market Fit : Our CEO previously founded Stormpath (acquired by Okta), where he created the first Authentication API for developers. He's done this before - and this time the market is 10x bigger. Our CTO led the vector database team at Redis, shipped 100+ LLM applications, and is a contributor to LangChain and LlamaIndex. He knows this space better than anyone.

  • Dream Team : We've assembled authentication, integrations, distributed systems, and AI experts from Okta, Redis, Microsoft, Splunk, Ngrok, Google, Airbyte, Disney, and HPE who've built and founded multiple successful developer platforms.

  • Perfect Timing : We're at the inflection point of AI adoption. The biggest problem isn't better models - it's connecting AI to real-world actions. That's us.

  • Massive Market : We're building critical infrastructure for the biggest technological shift of our generation. Every AI app will need what we're building.

  • Backed By The Best: Our investors have backed Databricks, Clickhouse, MongoDB, Perplexity, Cohere, ScaleAI, Confluent, Elastic, and Firebase. They see what we see - this is going to be huge.

The Challenge

As our Content & Social Lead, you’ll own Arcade’s narrative and channels, and we're looking for someone who will make our story impossible to ignore. You’ll architect an AI-enabled editorial system that produces high-quality technical content at a pace no traditional team can match, while maintaining the quality bar that earns trust with senior AI leaders and CTOs. You’ll own the full content ecosystem: blog, social, newsletters, and emerging channels. And you’ll turn social from a broadcast tool into a primary growth engine for reaching developers, AI/ML leaders, and enterprise buyers.

The quality bar is set by technical audiences: your job is to make AI-produced content indistinguishable from what a skilled human would write for a technical reader.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and run an AI-enabled editorial system: design the workflows, briefs, style guides, and review processes where AI agents handle research, drafting, and iteration at scale while you set the editorial direction and hold the quality bar for technical audiences

  • Write, edit, and refine content that translates complex infrastructure concepts (authentication, APIs, agent architectures) into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences. You’re the last line of defense between AI-generated drafts and what gets published.

  • Own corporate and executive social media channels and treat them as a growth lever, not a checkbox. Grow engaged audiences on LinkedIn and X. Build a social content system that’s as rigorous and measurable as any paid channel.

  • Partner with Developer Relations to amplify community content, identify user stories worth telling, and build authentic presence in developer communities like Reddit and Hacker News

  • Develop and execute our AI Optimization (AIO) strategy, ensuring Arcade is cited and surfaced by AI models and AI-powered search engines

  • Manage content distribution across organic, owned, and earned channels with the same rigor you’d apply to a paid campaign

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in content marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B technology (developer tools, infrastructure, or security strongly preferred)

  • Exceptional writer and editor. You have a portfolio that proves you can make complex technical topics accessible without dumbing them down.

  • Demonstrated experience building AI-augmented content workflows: you’ve used LLMs, writing agents, or automation tools to produce content at scale while maintaining quality. You have a point of view on where AI accelerates production and where human narrative judgment is non-negotiable.

  • Hands-on experience with AI Optimization (AIO) or demonstrated understanding of how AI models surface and cite content, with a point of view on how to win in AI-powered search

  • Proven track record growing and managing social media channels as a measurable growth function (LinkedIn and at least one developer-focused community). You think in distribution and engagement loops, not just posting cadence.

  • Comfortable working with technical subject matter: you don’t need to write code, but you can read a product doc, talk to an engineer, and turn a technical concept into a story a CTO would share

  • Strong editorial instincts and an obsessive attention to voice, tone, and quality

  • Experience managing freelancers, contractors, or agencies for content production and design

  • Fluency with content analytics: you know what to measure, how to build a reporting cadence, and how to use data to make editorial decisions

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the AI/ML ecosystem, particularly around agents, LLMs, or developer infrastructure

  • Background at a startup where you built the content function from scratch

  • SEO expertise beyond the basics, particularly technical SEO or programmatic content strategies

  • Experience with contributed content programs (Forbes, VentureBeat, The New Stack, etc.)

  • You’ve written or ghostwritten for executives and can capture a founder’s voice

Join The Movement

We're not just building a product - we're leading a movement to transform AI from just chatbots to agents that can take actions against real systems. This is your chance to be at the forefront of that revolution.

If you want to look back in 5 years and say, "I helped build that", then we want to talk to you. Ready to make AI actually useful? Apply Now
