PR & Content Marketing Lead

PR & Content Vertical Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers and media outlets. Pitch compelling stories and conduct briefings to secure positive media coverage.
• Craft compelling narratives to promote the company’s corporate and product related initiatives. Continually develop engaging press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
• Build a robust pipeline of engaging content per product line per quarter and ensure timely delivery to the plan.
• Ensure the content strategy is informed by the 7 audience types we speak to.
• Implementing the content strategy – including, managing the content team, monitoring the performance of all content, and identifying ways to improve the performance and growth of the content strategy.
• Working with cross-functional teams like PLM, HR, Apps, and others to develop new content ideas and build fresh content.
• Tracking engagement levels of all content and ensuring the latest SEO techniques are implemented.
• Producing performance reports to help track performance and using analytics to drive strategic change in how we build and execute on the PR and content strategy.

Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifcations

• Bachelor’s degree with expert level command of the English language.
• Strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists and industry influencers.
• Experience with technical writing – knowledge and grounding in AI space, knowledge of semiconductor concepts is an added plus.
• 10+ years of experience managing PR and content programs.
• 4+ years of managing a team (in-house and outsourced).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in using content management systems (such as WordPress).
• Proficient in using LinkedIn.
• A portfolio of original content that has achieved measurable results.
• Great interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The base salary range is USD 170,000 - 190,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
