Contract - Logisticians

Project length: ~3–4 weeks

Commitment: ≥ 10 hrs / week

Compensation: $80 – $105 per hour

Fixpoint is hiring Logisticians for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Logisticians.

You're a good fit if you have experience with:

• Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in, or directly relevant to, a logistics activity.
• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
• Manage subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as liaisons between subcontractors and organizations.
• Develop proposals that include documentation for estimates.
• Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements.

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Manufacturing.
• Native-level English skills
• U.S. residency
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

• You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
