In this role, the recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume portfolio of roles and partners closely with hiring managers to fill roles quickly and with quality.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and is motivated by helping the business hire efficiently and equitably.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of roles across one or more business functions, with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency.
- Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and align on sourcing strategy, target profiles, and interview process.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, job boards, and other channels to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Execute structured screening and interview processes, ensuring hiring decisions are grounded in consistent evaluation criteria and documented feedback.
- Manage candidate experience at every stage, providing timely communication, clear expectations, and a professional and inclusive process from application through offer.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data hygiene in Lever ATS — including candidate stages, disposition codes, and requisition statuses — to support reporting and team visibility.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source mix) to identify bottlenecks and surface opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner with Recruiting Coordinators on interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth, seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Partners on offer recommendations, ensuring alignment with compensation bands and internal equity.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve team processes, tools, and overall recruiter efficiency.
- Ensure recruiting practices reflect Included Health's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at every stage of the hiring process.
- Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and competitive dynamics relevant to your function(s) to advise hiring managers on realistic timelines and expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in a high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to manage a large, multi-requisition portfolio while maintaining strong attention to detail, data quality, and candidate experience.
- Experience partnering with and influencing front-line to Manager-level hiring leaders throughout the recruiting process.
- Solid sourcing skills, with proficiency building pipelines through both active and passive candidate channels.
- Comfort with ATS systems (Lever preferred) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, responsive, and professional in all interactions.
- Data literacy — ability to track, interpret, and communicate recruiting metrics to drive decisions and surface issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.
- Ability to operate with urgency and maintain quality in a high-volume, fast-changing environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Member Care, Call Center, Clinical Support, Operations, or other high-volume functions.
- Familiarity with Workday for requisition management and onboarding workflows.
- Experience partnering with staffing agencies or BPO vendors to supplement direct hiring pipelines.
- Working knowledge of interview best practices, structured hiring, and feedback calibration.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
