Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on unreported/unpaid accounts to secure revenue collection with minimal supervision
- Maintaining the integrity of affiliate data through meticulous updates and validation processes
- Executing comprehensive credit control measures, including the creation of reminder communications and direct client negotiations to resolve financial discrepancies
- Collaborating with the Product Sales team to review client ledger balances and initiate appropriate financial actions
- Coordinating the collection and analysis of sales data, producing both standard and specialized reports upon request
- Identifying opportunities for sales process enhancements and contributing to the implementation of strategic solutions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment of sales support activities with broader sales objectives
- Providing expertise and guidance to less experienced colleagues, acting as a key resource in the sales support and analysis field
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
