We are seeking a Copilot Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to lead the design and delivery of innovative cloud and AI application solutions for customers. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, AI innovation, and technical delivery excellence using Microsoft Azure. The CSA partners with customers and internal teams to modernize applications, enable AI-powered scenarios, and accelerate business outcomes through scalable and secure cloud solutions. Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure
  • Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
  • Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with best practices

AI & Application Development

  • Drive development of AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents
  • Enable enterprise adoption of Azure AI services and modern application platforms
  • Support AI use cases such as personalization, automation, and customer engagement

Technical Delivery & Execution

  • Lead technical delivery across customer engagements from discovery to deployment
  • Ensure high-quality implementation using repeatable delivery models
  • Optimize solutions for performance, cost, and scalability

Customer Success & Business Impact

  • Drive Azure consumption and adoption across assigned accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand solution footprint
  • Deliver measurable outcomes aligned to customer KPIs and business goals

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience working in an enterprise customer-facing role with stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • 6+ years of experience working on technical projects.
  • 6+ years of experience with cloud platforms
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., AI Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Azure Solutions Architect, Amazon Web Services, Google, Developer certifications, etc.).

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
