• Every engineer spends time onsite with customers, listening to live calls and seeing real-world edge cases firsthand.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a Content Creator to work directly alongside our team and clients — capturing real customer stories, industry moments, behind-the-scenes footage, product launches, and daily life, and turning them into short- and long-form content people actually want to watch and share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X

• Capture behind-the-scenes footage from the team, clients, product launches, events, and meetings

• Help founders build authentic, engaging personal brands

• Develop and maintain recurring content formats that showcase our people, culture, and product

• Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance

• Be knowledgeable on industry trends

What We're Looking For:

• Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills

• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

• Deep understanding of Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and platform-specific trends

• Ability to take content from concept to publication independently

• Willingness to travel

• In-person, five days a week in San Francisco

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience building a personal audience or creator brand

• Experience with founder-led or startup-focused content

• Familiarity with AI products or the home service industry

• Photography skills
