  • Identify and capture expansion opportunities through strategic up-sells and cross-sells across commuter benefits, events, employee perks, concierge services, and corporate travel use cases.
  • Continuously elevate stakeholder engagement by expanding your network of champions and decision-makers across customer organizations, ensuring wide coverage across various segments.
  • Advocate for your clients internally, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, and Marketing to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Proactively address challenges, communicate account health updates, and share best practices to drive organizational learning.
  • Channel market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
  • Operate with autonomy and urgency—chart your own path to success with the freedom to test new approaches and evangelize Lyft creatively within your customer base.
  • Embrace ambiguity and learn rapidly from both wins and setbacks, contributing to Lyft's evolving B2B playbook for new transportation use cases.
  • Maintain deep expertise across Lyft Business' product suite and stay ahead of platform updates that impact customer value and drive increased usage.
Experience:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success experience preferred from any field).
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven success selling into corporate accounts through top-down executive engagement.
  • Must be comfortable working in a sales environment, operating with urgency and an independent spirit.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively (both in writing and verbally) how Lyft's transportation technologies solve complex mobility challenges for customers.
  • Deep understanding of and curiosity about Lyft's platform and competitive landscape.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions that overcome challenges and objections.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with attention to detail and forecast accuracy.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex deal structures.
  • Executive presence and polished interpersonal skills to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to showcase metrics and demonstrate potential ROI.
