  • Own the company-wide headcount reporting and forecasting process, including headcount variance analysis, cost modeling, and workforce planning insights for leadership.
  • Partner with People leadership on compensation benchmarking analysis, benefits cost modeling, and other people-related financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide leadership with clear visibility into people-related spend, productivity, and investment efficiency.
  • Contribute to communications and key corporate reporting requirements to executives and board members (e.g. P&L, performance KPI tracking).
  • Continuously improve and standardize reporting frameworks, systems, and processes across the corporate finance function.

Qualifications:

  • Strong business & financial acumen with understanding of technology or marketplace  business models. Maintains a high bar for separating signal from noise.
  • Headcount and workforce planning expertise with experience designing or managing headcount planning processes, tools, and policies at scale.
  • Strong  financial analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data and metrics to tell a compelling story, and tailor content to different audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to structure and manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field.
