The Role: We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented data enthusiast to support our data integration and forecasting pipelines. Reporting to the FP&A / Workforce Planning Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring data integrity, tracking resource allocations, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the company.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting of payroll and employee-related expenses, in order to deliver highly accurate operational spending baselines for corporate leadership.
  • Maintain the employee roster and position planning data models used for financial forecasting in order to provide corporate stakeholders with a dependable and structured headcount baseline.
  • Assist in analyzing budget-to-actual variances related to salaries, bonuses, benefits, equity compensation, and other workforce expenses in order to protect fiscal health and identify systemic spending trends.
  • Monitor, maintain, and validate data integrations between Workday and Adaptive Planning in order to safeguard data quality, resolve system exceptions, and ensure forecasting precision across internal systems.
  • Perform data quality audits and structural reconciliations of employee, organizational, and compensation records in order to eliminate reporting discrepancies and guarantee platform integrity.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Google Sheets and Adaptive Planning in order to provide Finance and HR stakeholders with real-time, actionable business intelligence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and People Analytics teams to gather requirements and document workflows in order to improve process automation and functional efficiency.
What You’ll Add:Technical Breadth:
  • Experience with corporate finance concepts, including a baseline understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or resource allocation.
  • A deep understanding of data systems and data models, ideally with exposure to or an interest in enterprise tools like Workday and Adaptive Planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in constructing analytical worksheets, utilizing intermediate to advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel functions to audit and manipulate large datasets seamlessly.

Compensation Range: 
  • $30 - $32 hourly rate
