Role Overview: The Wealth Advisory Client Coverage role is a senior leadership position within the Eagle Strategies Wealth Advisory Group, working closely with the Head of Wealth Advisory and the broader group leadership team. This individual serves as the lead relationship quarterback for advisors and their clients with $5 million or more in investable assets, responsible for directing and coordinating the full client coverage team, including client implementation, client relations, and specialist resources, to ensure a seamless and integrated experience across the Wealth Advisory platform. What You'll Do:
• Serve as the primary relationship quarterback for advisors and clients, acting as the first point of contact to lead all client solutioning efforts.
• Spearhead and direct the full coverage team supporting the advisor and client, including client relations and client implementation.
• Develop, manage, and maintain overall advisor and client relationships, ensuring a coordinated and consistent experience across all solutions touchpoints.
• Oversee the design and delivery of customized wealth and investment management strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Partner closely with the Head of Wealth Advisory, Wealth Advisory Investment Strategy, and the OCIO portfolio strategists to ensure seamless integration of investment solutions.
• Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities to deepen advisor relationships and expand multi-product solutioning across the client base.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex client and advisor needs, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high level of service.
• Champion a deliberate, forward-looking strategic perspective to ensure client coverage is thoughtfully positioned and consistently aligned with the firm's Wealth Advisory value proposition.
• Provide mentorship and team leadership to client coverage and service specialists, fostering a collaborative, client-first culture across the team.
• Collaborate with internal product, research, and compliance teams to ensure all client solutions adhere to regulatory, fiduciary, and operational standards.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Professional designations such as CFP, CIMA, or CPWA required.
• 12 or more years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office, with a demonstrated track record of leading client coverage responsibilities.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 required, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proven experience serving as a lead relationship quarterback for clients with investable assets of $5M+.
• Deep knowledge of wealth and risk solutions, including investment strategy, tax, and the efficient transfer of intergenerational wealth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to advisors, clients, and senior internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a multi-functional client coverage team, driving accountability, collaboration, and consistent high-touch client experience.
