The Marketing and Communications Creative AI Design Design professional works within the M&C Hub, to provide on-demand creative support to the global organization, where we believe strongly that design matters.
In this role, you will specialize in campaign or communications-related, design-delivery projects, providing support on internal and external digital and offline campaigns, events, and brand activations. You will work closely with the Creative Director and develop various graphic & motion design assets mainly for the Americas region. You will also have the opportunity to successfully implement projects end to end, and to gain extensive experience in developing assets for marketing campaigns, graphic design, art direction and story boarding .
A successful design specialist must be able to simultaneously handle several projects in various stages of design with multiple collaborators for stakeholders all over the world. The ideal candidate has an eye and passion for design with a strong attention to detail and is at the forefront of AI creative technology. This person must be resourceful, adaptable, creative, and client-oriented with a positive attitude.

You will:
- produce a variety of digital and printed campaign assets - digital banners, website layouts, infographics, presentations, catalogs, brochures and so on - both client facing and internal communications materials
- develop creative and visual concepts for Ericsson Marketing and Communications teams mainly in the Americas region
- create engaging storyboards for animation projects
- participate in developing communication campaigns
To be successful in the role, you must have:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design organization / agency
- efficient communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in English
- solid competence in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- demonstrate hands-on experience with AI image, video, and multimedia generation tools.
- demonstrate the ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- deep understanding of production-ready visual assets creation, using AI-assisted workflows and post-production refinement techniques.
- an ability to work independently
- experience in design, brand development and creative process
- have appreciation for quality
- good taste combined with precision and attention to detail
Advantage:
- hands on experience with Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro
- hands on experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or any other 3D modeling software
- experience working with large-scale projects especially in telecommunications
- general curiosity and interest in technology
