Job Description:

HPE is seeking a Creative Strategist for Brand Experience Strategy and AI Integration. This role defines how brand, storytelling, and digital experiences come together across the organization. The Creative Strategist helps shape the evolution of HPE’s digital ecosystem by connecting business priorities, customer needs, and emerging technologies into coherent, scalable experiences.
The role operates across brand, design, content, web, product, and marketing teams to guide strategic direction and creative execution. This includes shaping narrative frameworks, defining experience principles, influencing platform strategy, and identifying opportunities where AI can improve how experiences are created, personalized, and delivered.
The Creative Strategist balances conceptual thinking with operational awareness, helping teams move beyond campaign-by-campaign execution toward connected, product-oriented experiences that scale across the ecosystem. Success is reflected in stronger experience cohesion, clearer storytelling, improved engagement, and systems that can evolve alongside customer and business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve digital and brand experience strategies aligned to business goals
  • Shape cohesive storytelling frameworks across web, campaigns, product, and platform experiences
  • Partner across design, brand, content, engineering, and marketing teams to guide execution
  • Help establish scalable creative systems, governance models, and experience principles
  • Apply AI to improve content creation, personalization, discoverability, and operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities to simplify fragmented experiences into unified customer journeys
  • Use data, research, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations
  • Influence roadmap planning across digital experiences, platforms, and ecosystem initiatives
  • Drive alignment between brand expression, UX strategy, and platform capabilities
  • Champion scalable, reusable approaches to content, design systems, and digital storytelling
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital strategy, brand experience, UX strategy, or related fields
  • Experience supporting or leading large-scale digital ecosystem or transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, digital platforms, UX, content strategy, and customer journeys
  • Practical experience applying AI to creative, content, or digital workflows
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional realities
Preferred:
  • Experience working across enterprise or global digital ecosystems
  • Familiarity with design systems, scalable content frameworks, and platform-based experiences
  • Experience operating within agile, product-oriented, or cross-functional delivery models
  • Understanding of emerging AI-assisted creative and experience workflows
  • Background collaborating across brand, product, and marketing organizations
