As the Credit Support Specialist IV in a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area, you are responsible for analyzing and spreading the financial statements of the Commercial and Investment Bank clients.


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelines
  • Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents,  Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
  • Review Loan documents and process transactions as per Service Level Agreement
  • Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
  • Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
  • Interpret data, analyze results using bank’s operating systems
  • Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders
  • Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled    

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels
  • Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process
  • Good understanding of Financial Statements, Lease Agreement, Mortgage documents, Accounts Receivable reporting, Accounts Payable reporting, Rent Rolls Credit Agreement and other loan documents
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & MS Access
  • Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Client relationship and time management




Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
