  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and templating languages (Handlebars or Liquid) for responsive email builds.
  • Working knowledge of deliverability fundamentals and messaging compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and carrier requirements).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined QA mindset: you catch the error before it reaches the customer.

  • Build personalized content, including product recommendations and dynamic copy, across email, SMS, and push.
  • Set up A/B and multivariate tests with clean test cells, control groups, and accurate tracking.
  • QA every send for rendering, links, personalization, data fields, and suppression logic.
  • Monitor list health basics: bounce and complaint rates, opt-out processing, and engagement suppression.
  • Manage and update tasks in Asana, keeping the team’s production calendar accurate and on track.
