Job Overview

The Exterior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Collect Trash – Daily - 1 x

    • Parking garages – all levels

    • Entry walkways

    • Patio and pondside seating areas

    • Wiping down and cleaning receptacles, as needed

    • Policing immediate exterior of properties to pick-up trash and debris

    • Clean dock and side storage area

  • Entryways and Balconies – Daily – 1 x

    • Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed

    • Sweep and/or spot clean, as needed

    • Remove cobwebs in corners and spot clean doors and surrounding glass

    • Move/Reset/Wipe down furniture as needed

  • Inclement Weather, when applicable

    • Remove snow/ice during inclement weather

  • Patio Areas – Check areas daily

    • Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed

    • Wipe down furniture - Daily

    • Spot clean flagstone, as needed

    • Wipe down elevators panels - daily

    • Vacuum elevators

  • Other duties assigned by Site Manager

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job safely.  Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. 

Education and/ or Experience:

No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Completed all safety and task training certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Shifts and Compensation

M-F, 7am to 3:30pm
$19-$21 per hour
