Hybrid in Denver, CO · Minimum 3 days/week in office · $50,000–$60,000 base (USD)

Skip the standard interview process. Spend a day living the job instead. We're hiring 4 Customer Success Associates for our Denver HQ, and we're doing it through a one-day hiring event on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.

About Propeller

Propeller is the geospatial backbone of modern worksites. Our founder-led, hardware-backed software helps civil construction crews, miners, quarries, and landfill operators plan, build, and measure progress together, for safer, more sustainable, and more efficient projects. We're giving an industry that's never had the right data a way to track its core activity: earthmoving. Our Denver HQ is where our Americas growth happens.

The role

The CSA role is a direct pipeline into Customer Success at Propeller. Working closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Key Account Executives (KAEs), you'll own the operational and coordination work that keeps accounts healthy and our team sharp.

Our customers are technical: site teams, surveyors, and fleet operators running complex workflows in the field. You'll ramp fast on our product, catch health signals early, and prep executive-ready customer interactions, so our CSMs and KAEs can focus on high-impact retention and growth.

What you'll do
  • Keep customer meetings on track: scheduling, prep, and sharp follow-ups for executive-level conversations
  • Keep HubSpot spotless and spot account health risks early
  • Create customer-facing resources that speed up adoption
  • Grow into renewal support, onboarding coordination, and account reporting
  • Surface customer feedback that shapes our product and CS strategy
  • Stay close to new products, features, and evolving use cases, helping CSMs and KAEs confidently bring them into relevant customer conversations
What success looks like

Nothing slips. Renewals are tracked early, follow-ups land on time, CRM data is spotless, and CSMs and KAEs walk into every customer conversation fully prepared. The result: stronger retention, faster time-to-value, and more room for the team to grow.

Where it leads

This is a direct pipeline to the Customer Success Manager. We expect successful CSAs to step into CSM roles as they show readiness.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of professional experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Strong comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM), with a focus on data hygiene.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach, and enthusiasm for using AI tools to support account preparation.
  • Authenticity, a strong work ethic, genuine passion, and a bias toward action.
How the hiring day works
  1. Apply through this listing with your resume.
  2. 20-minute intro chat. If your background looks like a fit, we'll book a short call to get to know you and walk you through the day.
  3. Hiring day, Tuesday, November 10, 3:00pm - 7:30pm at Propeller Denver HQ. Expect in-person interviews, a collaborative group activity, and time with the team. You'll see what the job is really like and meet stakeholders in a way a regular interview never allows. A happy hour with snacks will follow!
  4. Offers within 48 hours. It's fast-paced, and so are we. Successful candidates will hear from us within 48 hours of the hiring day.
Compensation

$50,000–$60,000 USD base salary. Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Denver office.

Benefits
