We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Support). This position focuses on providing assistance to customers via email and live chat only, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor).
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
