DAI Subject Matter Expert (10 Years, Oracle Financials) - Fully Remote - Secret

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced DAI Subject Matter Expert (DAI, Financial). The position shall apply technical expertise and skills to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage), develop training materials, Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reporting, Monthly Communication Tools, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and ten (10) years of experience with DAI (Oracle Financials).

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

 

What will you do


Responsibilities:


·         Apply technical expertise and skills to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage).

·         Develop training materials.

·         Prepare Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reporting.

·         Prepare Monthly Communication Tools.

·         Prepare Reporting.

·         Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.

·         Assist in the creation of monthly communication tools, including newsletters, user tips, and system updates, to enhance user awareness and adoption of DAI and related modules.


Requirements:

·         U.S. Citizenship required.

·         Clearance: Secret or higher

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and ten (10) years of experience with DAI. Similar experience with Oracle Financials.

·         Experience with DAI modules, Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash is preferred.

·         Proven experience in providing Tier 1 helpdesk support, including issue triaging, ticket management, and resolution.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·         Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


Desired Skills

·         Experience with other Oracle Financials modules and integration points.

·         Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.

·         Understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.

·         Relevant certifications in DAI or related fields are a plus.
