Data Analyst Junior/Mid

Designs and validates enterprise solutions for strategic customers using HERE APIs, SDKs, platform services, and mapping technologies. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements, risks, integrations, and implementation readiness. Communicates technical recommendations and tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders while supporting account planning, competitive evaluations, expansion opportunities, and successful presales-to-implementation handoffs.

Lead architecture and technology strategy for ELT-level AI programs: define target and reference architectures, align to enterprise platforms, ensure security, reliability, and governance, advise senior stakeholders, mentor engineering teams, and drive reusable, scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Own and grow employer and workplace partnerships through onboarding, activation, optimization, renewal, and expansion. Build success plans, engagement campaigns, business reviews, and data-driven recommendations while managing escalations, renewals, compliance, and cross-functional execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Benefits, Payroll, and executive stakeholders, using Salesforce and reporting tools to track performance, risks, opportunities, and next steps. Travel approximately 10–15% as needed.
