As a part of the Data Analytics function at Cribl, you will be a part of a team of analytics professionals dedicated to supporting our Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering teams. This team empowers data-driven decision-making across Cribl by scaling our business intelligence system, democratizing the use of data, and championing data best practices.

As An Active Member of Our Team, you Will Bring...

  • Partner with Product, Customer Experience, Support, and Engineering stakeholders to understand business questions and contribute to end-to-end analyses, including data querying, analysis, and visualization, with guidance from senior analysts
  • Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on core product and customer metrics, translating stakeholder needs into clear, well-structured dashboards and analytical outputs in our BI tool Omni Analytics
  • Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to understand data sources, validate data quality, and ensure analytics datasets are reliable and well-documented.
  • Communicate insights clearly through dashboards and written summaries, adapting messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • In partnership with our data enablement function, create and maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions to support stakeholder understanding and effective self-service
  • Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset by identifying opportunities to improve analyses or processes, asking thoughtful questions, seeking feedback, and continuously developing technical and domain expertise
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours


If You Got It - We Want It

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an analytics, data, or related role. Experience supporting product, engineering, customer experience, or support teams, preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to validate queries, metrics, and dashboards by performing data quality checks, reconciling results, and ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and reliable
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document metrics, explain analytical outputs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset, demonstrating ownership, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning and technical growth


Salary Range ($76,000 - $142,400)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
