About the Role
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Data Analyst to help support reporting, business intelligence, and operational decision-making efforts. This role is important because accurate data analysis enables leadership teams to identify trends, improve processes, and make informed business decisions. 

The anticipated start date is immediately upon successful completion of the hiring and onboarding process.

Onboarding and Training

New hires participate in a structured onboarding program designed to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, reporting systems, and performance expectations.

Training is fully paid and conducted remotely. Employees receive guidance on company tools, reporting standards, communication procedures, and workflow processes before transitioning into regular responsibilities.

Day to Day

A typical day may include:

• Collecting and organizing data from multiple sources
• Reviewing reports and datasets for accuracy
• Identifying trends and patterns within business data
• Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborating with supervisors and team members

Common tools may include:

• Microsoft Excel
• Google Sheets
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Company reporting systems
• Collaboration and communication platforms
