About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deal Desk Manager to join Pigment's Revenue Operations team as part of our founding Deal Desk function in the US.
This role sits at the center of our quote-to-cash motion. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and GTM Systems to structure, review, and operationalize commercial deals — from pricing guidance and deal structure, to quote accuracy, approvals, and order form readiness.
It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial problems and bringing clarity to fast-moving deal cycles in a high-growth SaaS environment. As a founding member of this function in the US, you'll have direct influence over how Deal Desk operates, shaping policy, building the operational rhythm, and setting the strategic direction as Pigment scales.
This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.

What You'll Do

Own regional Deal Desk execution and quote-to-cash processes

  • Own Deal Desk support for the region across new business, renewals, upsells, amendments, and other commercial motions, partnering with the broader Deal Desk team to ensure consistency.

  • Help structure and review deals in Salesforce and CPQ, ensuring quotes are accurate, compliant, and ready for approval.

  • Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership on pricing guidance, discounting questions, approval requirements, and non-standard deal structures.

  • Review key deal details such as contract dates, pricing, products, quantities, billing terms, ramp structures, and special terms.

  • Help ensure Salesforce quotes and customer-facing order forms are aligned before signature and closed-won processing.

  • Support quarter-end execution by helping teams move quickly while maintaining accuracy and operational discipline.

  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Systems

  • Work closely with Legal on non-standard terms, special terms, and order form requirements.

  • Partner with the broader Deal Desk team to share regional context, align on best practices, and support consistent commercial processes.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure deals are clean for billing, reporting, and downstream operational processes.

  • Collaborate with GTM Systems to identify recurring Salesforce or CPQ issues and translate them into process or system improvements.

  • Act as a trusted operational partner to Account Executives, Sales Managers, and GTM leaders on deal execution and commercial process questions.

  • Automate Deal Desk processes

  • Identify recurring deal issues and propose scalable ways to reduce manual work, rework, and approval friction.

  • Contribute to improvements in Salesforce, CPQ, approval workflows, and quote validation processes.

  • Support onboarding and training for Sales teams on Deal Desk processes, Salesforce hygiene, and quote creation best practices.

  • Help build a more self-serve and scalable Deal Desk function through clear guidance, better workflows, and automation opportunities.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar role.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is strongly preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with Salesforce CPQ or another quoting tool is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes, pricing, approvals, order forms, or commercial deal workflows.

  • Comfortable working with Sales, Legal, Finance, Systems, Strategy, leadership stakeholders, and distributed teams.

  • Process-oriented and pragmatic, with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and risk.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Curiosity and fluency with AI tools and automations, with an interest in applying them to CPQ and Deal Desk workflows.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package (Highly competitive base salary, equity package, and comprehensive benefits).

  • We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies.

  • High-end equipment to do your work in the best conditions.
