The Opportunity
As a Deals - DTDS - Analytics Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of data and analytics, contributing to client support initiatives within our Advisory practice. You will engage in data analysis tasks, leveraging your skills to support strategic decision-making and drive innovation. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects that enhance your understanding of data-driven insights. This role emphasizes the importance of adopting a learning mindset, appreciating diverse perspectives, and actively listening to enhance your development.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in data analysis projects to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
- Participating in the development of data-driven insights to assist clients in achieving sustainable growth
- Conducting research and gathering information to enhance understanding of complex data sets
- Utilizing tools like Alteryx and Power BI to automate analytics processes and create visualizations
- Engaging in algorithm development to translate business problems into computational solutions
- Assisting in the creation of dashboards to represent key performance indicators and business metrics
- Applying data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends within large data sets
- Collaborating with team members to integrate data from various sources for unified analysis
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to develop personal brand and commercial awareness
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Analytics, Computer Information System, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Industrial & System Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Information Science, Information System, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Supporting teams with data-driven insights and analytics solutions
- Participating in cloud platform design and data architecture projects
- Observing and learning from experienced data analysts and AI specialists
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills in data analysis and AI
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
