About Bland AI

We’re a Series C startup that has raised over $100M from Emergence Capital, Scale Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and the founders of PayPal and Twilio.

Our mission is to build the world's most human AI phone agents. Thousands of businesses rely on Bland AI to automate customer conversations while delivering an experience customers actually enjoy.

We're growing quickly, and marketing plays a critical role in that growth. Every campaign, event, product launch, and piece of content exists for one reason: generate pipeline and help enterprise companies discover Bland.

We're looking for someone to own that engine.

Why This Role Exists

Marketing at Bland is entering its next stage.

We've built a strong foundation across content, brand, events, product marketing, and paid acquisition. Now we're looking for someone to own the systems, campaigns, reporting, and optimization that turn those efforts into predictable pipeline.

You'll own demand generation end-to-end—from campaign strategy and paid media to attribution, lifecycle marketing, HubSpot operations, reporting, and conversion optimization.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a perfectly optimized machine.

We're looking for someone excited to build one.

What You'll Do
Own Pipeline Generation

Own our demand generation strategy with one goal in mind: generate high-quality enterprise pipeline.

Build quarterly campaign plans across paid, email, events, ABM, content, and product launches while constantly improving efficiency and conversion rates.

Build Our Marketing Engine

Own HubSpot and marketing automation.

Create scalable lifecycle programs, lead routing, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, attribution models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that gives the entire company visibility into marketing performance.

Run Paid Acquisition

Manage and optimize our paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, retargeting, and emerging channels.

Constantly test messaging, audiences, creative, and landing pages to improve ROI.

Drive Account-Based Marketing

Partner closely with Sales to build campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts.

Coordinate personalized campaigns across advertising, outbound, events, gifting, and content.

Own Marketing Analytics

Measure everything.

Build dashboards that track campaign performance, pipeline creation, CAC, conversion rates, attribution, and marketing efficiency.

Identify what's working, eliminate what's not, and continuously improve performance.

Optimize the Funnel

Improve every stage of the buyer journey—from first website visit through closed-won.

Experiment with landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, nurture sequences, product demos, and conversion optimization.

Partner Across Marketing

Work closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, Events, Sales, and RevOps to ensure every marketing initiative contributes to pipeline.

Must-Have Qualities
Builder Mentality

You've built demand generation programs from scratch or significantly improved existing ones.

You enjoy creating systems as much as running campaigns.

Analytical

You love dashboards, attribution, conversion rates, and understanding why campaigns succeed or fail.

Marketing without measurement isn't interesting to you.

Hands-On Operator

You're comfortable jumping into HubSpot, launching campaigns, building workflows, writing emails, creating dashboards, or troubleshooting automation yourself.

Ownership

You don't wait for someone else to solve problems.

You identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and execute.

Strong Technical Marketing Skills

You understand modern B2B demand generation across paid media, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM management, attribution, and reporting.

Mission-Aligned

You want to help define how enterprise companies adopt AI over the next decade.

Nice to Haves
  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience

  • Deep HubSpot expertise

  • Experience with enterprise sales motions

  • Experience building attribution models and marketing dashboards

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and account-based marketing

  • SQL, RevOps, or marketing operations experience

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams

You'll Thrive Here If...

You love owning metrics.

You enjoy building systems that scale.

You care about pipeline more than vanity metrics.

You're excited by ambiguity and moving quickly.

You want to work alongside ambitious people who care deeply about winning.

You want your work to directly influence company growth.

Ambition Matters Most

We care more about what you've built than where you've worked.

If you've built demand generation engines, love solving complex growth problems, and are excited about building the next generation of enterprise AI, we'd love to meet you.
