The Demand Gen Lead will build and optimize marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, analyze performance, and collaborate with Sales to enhance growth and funnel efficiency.

Console is building the AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. We use AI to autonomously resolve IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops tasks the moment they come in from Slack or Teams. We're building toward a future where enterprise operations are fully autonomous; with no tickets, approvals, or manual processes slowing companies down.

Our platform enables companies like Databricks, Figma, and Cursor to delegate entire categories of work to AI agents that understands their org, takes action across systems, and gets smarter over time. We've raised $29M, backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub) and a small group of founders who have built category-defining companies.

We’re unusually selective about the people we work with. We hire builders who span functions, optimize for speed, and care deeply about their craft. We do not care about pedigree. We have a lot of work ahead of us. Join us.

The Role

As Console's Demand Gen Lead, you'll build the system that fills the top of our funnel and keeps it moving. You'll define the strategy, run the experiments, and turn what works into repeatable pipeline. You'll own paid and organic demand channels, design nurture campaigns, and work closely with Sales to make sure leads are worked.

This role is for someone who has helped build demand gen before, maybe as a founder, maybe as an early marketing hire, or maybe as someone who has started leading a small team and wants to scale that experience further. You love building from zero and get genuinely excited about a funnel that converts.

If you've worn the demand gen hat before and want to own both strategy and execution while helping shape the future of the function, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-funnel growth: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across awareness, demand gen, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Run rapid experimentation: Develop and own a structured testing engine across new channels, messaging, creative, landing pages, and funnel improvements.

  • Drive measurable pipeline: Build high-quality leads and opportunities across paid and non-paid channels, optimizing for CAC, conversion, and velocity.

  • Analyze and report impact: Surface insights, build hypotheses, and make data-backed recommendations to guide strategy.

  • Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership: Ensure leads are worked effectively and feedback loops between Marketing and Sales stay tight.

  • Help build and mentor the demand gen function over time, including the opportunity to manage and grow a small team as the company scales.

About You
  • 4-8 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (early-stage and high-growth strongly preferred).

  • Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong analytical rigor: comfortable pulling data, interpreting funnel performance, and making fast decisions.

  • Creative problem-solver who can generate test ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks.

  • High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process.

  • Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus).

  • Prior people management experience is a plus, but not required. We’re especially interested in candidates who have demonstrated strong ownership, mentorship, and leadership potential.
