About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, strategic & execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to bring campaigns to life across Fieldguide's key practice areas. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, this role is responsible for email, paid search, webinars, social, and third-party sponsorships—with a focus on flawless planning, on-time execution, and measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong executor who thrives on getting things done - someone who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and drive projects from kickoff to launch without dropping the ball. You're also someone who lives and breathes AI, constantly finding ways to use it to work smarter, move faster, and get more out of every campaign. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager to implement integrated campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, through the most effective channel.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Email Nurture & Lifecycle Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize segmented email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns with personalized messaging. Partner with Marketing Ops for execution, testing, and measurement.

  • Leverage AI Across Campaign Execution: Actively use AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, personalize messaging at scale, and continuously find smarter ways to execute across all channels

  • Run the Webinar Program: Drive webinar promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation and engagement.

  • Own Paid Advertising: Plan and run paid search and LinkedIn campaigns - handling keyword management, bid strategy, ad copy, audience segmentation. Leverage AI to automate as much as possible.

  • Report on Campaign Performance: Own biweekly performance reporting across all demand generation channels—tracking key metrics, surfacing insights, and flagging optimizations to keep campaigns performing against goals.

Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus in demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing

  • Lives and breathes AI, consistently leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate content creation, optimize campaigns, and do more with less

  • Execution excellence, with a track record of bringing campaign plans to lif

  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and consistently hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record building and executing email nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns end-to-end

  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and display campaigns, including Google Ads, keyword management, and bid optimization
