About NexHealth

Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor’s appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room?

NexHealth’s mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

  • Founded: 2017
  • Headquarters: San Francisco, CA
  • Funding: $177M Series C
  • Employees: 200+
  • Trusted by tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers — forging the infrastructure layer that modern healthcare needs
About the Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Leader who builds systems, not one-off campaigns. You'll own our full-funnel performance marketing engine from awareness through activation and expansion.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with leverage through automation and systems, not headcount. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to translate product signals and pipeline data into personalized, multi-channel programs that drive qualified demos and accelerate growth.

You'll be joining a lean, collaborative marketing team where your work has immediate, measurable impact. If you've been waiting for a role where you can leverage AI to build repeatable, self-learning growth loops with, this is it.

 What You'll Do

Own Full-Funnel Performance Marketing.
Design, execute, and optimize demand gen programs across the entire buyer journey.

Run a Structured Experimentation Program.
Stand up a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, audiences, creatives, and offers.

Build the Allocation Engine.
Develop the system that governs how we deploy budget across channels and campaigns.

Establish Measurement Clarity.
Create clear, trustworthy visibility into ROI across every channel and campaign.

Grow and Activate Our Prospect Database.
Deliver consistent increases in the size and engagement quality of our marketable database.

 How You'll Work

AI-First Execution.
Your primary tools are becoming code, APIs, and AI workflows, not spreadsheets and platform UIs.

Systems Over Tasks.
You build loops, not checklists. You think in workflows and feedback mechanisms, not one-off campaigns.

Bias to Action. You ship fast, learn fast, and iterate in public.

 What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
  • A builder mentality where you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and get energy from architecting systems that scales
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and signal quality
  • Track record managing significant paid budgets with clear ROI accountability
  • Strong experimentation instincts
 Preferred Qualifications
  • You've built your own tooling. Bonus if you can show a portfolio of what you've built.
  • Experience leveraging agencies for creative, web, and distribution support while maintaining strategic ownership in-house.
 What You Won't Be Doing
  • Managing a team. This is a senior/Staff level Individual Contributor role with leverage through systems, not headcount.
  • Sitting in meetings all day. We want someone who ships, not someone who presents.

Our Values

  • Solve the customer’s problems, not yours
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler, but not the customers.
  • Do the things others are not willing to do
As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace.
  • Take ownership
Act like a founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming or excuses.
  • Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication.
  • Default trust
As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we by default trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster.
  • Think in first principles
We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We provide reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities to participate in the application or interview process. Contact [email protected] to request assistance.
