Know more about SaaSify : SaaSify | Turn Cloud Marketplaces Into Your Fastest-Growing Revenue Channel

Spektra Systems is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to fuel SaaSify's next phase of growth. You will own the complete demand generation engine end-to-end - building and running the programmes that turn SaaSify' expanding market presence into a consistent, measurable flow of MQLs and pipeline, with a clear goal of growing both quarter over quarter.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Own the demand generation engine across paid search and social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, content distribution, webinars, and lifecycle nurture programmes.
  • Own marketing's MQL and pipeline generation targets, and the MQL-to-SQL funnel end-to-end, including the handoff process and SLAs with the sales team - growing MQLs and pipeline is the core measure of success in this role.
  • Build and manage marketing automation, lead scoring, and routing in Salesforce, and design AI-powered workflows to scale campaign personalisation, scoring, and reporting across the funnel.
  • Design and execute segment-specific campaigns across SaaSify' buyer groups: training providers, ISVs, system integrators, enterprise, and education.
  • Report on MQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI — and continuously optimise spend based on what's working.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing on messaging and with Sales on lead quality standards.

Requirements

What you bring:

  • 4+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Salesforce experience is mandatory, including hands-on use for marketing automation, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting, alongside strong performance analytics skills.
  • Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for a B2B SaaS audience, and building AI-powered marketing workflows (e.g., AI-assisted lead scoring, content or campaign automation, reporting).
  • Proven pipeline contribution — be ready to talk numbers.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with a strong command of funnel metrics.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in cloud marketplace ecosystems, or Marketing to partnerships and sales teams.

Note: Please apply if you're attracted to a dynamic, high-growth environment where you're actively involved in shaping customer outcomes and driving business growth. Responsibilities and expected skills are subject to level and years of experience.
