Ampa is a pioneering neurotechnology startup developing brain stimulation technology to help eradicate depression. We will improve millions of lives by making this transformative treatment universally accessible. Joining us means you’ll be part of a rapidly growing startup with significant equity opportunities and a major impact on our future.

What to Expect:

Working at Ampa is a rare chance to help transform global mental health and save millions of lives, a level of impact that demands deep commitment. Success here requires resilience, adaptability, and the discipline to put in long hours. If you thrive in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment and want your work to truly matter, you may do the best work of your life here.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own lead generation execution across outbound, nurture, landing page optimization, and organic acquisition (SEO/AEO), with a path into paid acquisition. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and execute against the strategy they set, turning it into running campaigns, tested pages, and a funnel you can read and improve every week.

This is an execution role, not a strategy role, and an individual contributor role, not a people management one. The ideal candidate lives in the tools, is fluent in funnel data, and is energized by building, testing, and tuning channels until they produce. You'll be the person who makes our pipeline grow, and you'll have a direct line of sight from your work to the number of people who get access to treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound / Cold Email: Own and optimize the outbound channel in Smartlead, including sequencing, targeting, list management, and deliverability monitoring.
  • Nurture Campaigns: Manage and evolve our HubSpot nurture programs, including workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Run A/B and conversion rate testing on existing landing pages and ship measurable improvements.
  • SEO / AEO Execution: Execute organic and AI-visibility initiatives directed by search and AI-visibility reporting (Gauge or HubSpot), including on-page optimization, content structure, and keyword targeting.
  • Funnel Reporting: Report on lead volume, conversion rates, and channel performance, and translate what the data says into what we do next.
  • Paid Acquisition (over time): Plan and execute paid search and paid social as bandwidth and budget allow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about helping eradicate depression through breakthrough neurotechnology.
  • Driven & Adaptable: Highly motivated, coachable, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience: 4-6+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Outbound Expertise: Hands-on experience with Smartlead or a comparable cold outbound platform (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist). This is required, not preferred.
  • HubSpot Fluency: Direct experience building nurture campaigns and workflows in HubSpot. Required.
  • Paid Channels: Working experience with paid search and paid social (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • CRO Track Record: Proven landing page testing and conversion rate optimization experience with measurable results you can speak to.
  • SEO / AEO Execution: Comfortable working from search and AI-visibility reporting to drive on-page changes.
  • Analytical Fluency: Can read funnel data and act on it without hand-holding.
  • Regulated Industry Experience (a plus): Background in healthcare, medtech, or fintech, and comfort working within compliance review processes.

Why Join Ampa?

  • Impact: Every qualified lead you generate is a step toward getting a life-changing treatment to someone who needs it. Your funnel metrics translate directly to lives improved.
  • Ownership: You'll own the channels end to end, from list to lead, with the autonomy to test and the data to prove what works.
  • Growth: Build across outbound, nurture, CRO, organic, and paid in a company that's scaling quickly. Few roles offer this much surface area.
  • Stability: Enjoy startup benefits with a secure product line.
  • Equity: Receive substantial equity as an early team member.
  • Growth Path: Clear runway to expand into paid acquisition ownership and grow into a senior demand generation or growth marketing lead role as you build tenure and results.

Logistics:

  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Location: United States, Pacific time zone preferred
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
