About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build a pipeline-focused marketing function from the ground up for an enterprise sales motion. Plan and run targeted programs, test and prioritize marketing channels, and partner closely with a small cross-functional commercial group where results are judged by new sales opportunities.
What you'll do
- Lead targeted, account-focused marketing programs, selecting priority industries and accounts and supporting sales outreach to them.
- Create and carry out a plan to raise brand visibility and citations in AI-powered search and answer tools.
- Compare results across channels such as social media, outbound, paid search and events, and move budget and effort toward the strongest performers.
- Set the approach to event participation and decide which events merit attendance.
- Work side by side with company leadership, product, technical go-to-market and sales colleagues, and measure success by qualified opportunities created rather than lead volume.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3 to 7 years of marketing experience.
- Proven track record of launching a demand generation program from zero at an early-stage B2B startup.
- Background promoting products to senior product and engineering decision makers.
- Working knowledge of optimizing content for AI answer engines and LLM search visibility.
- Experience running coordinated marketing and sales campaigns aimed at named target accounts.
- Comfort taking full ownership and getting started quickly without a formal training program.
Bonus points
- Experience at developer tools or API-based technology companies, or in the voice technology space.
