Role Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing forecasting, demand planning, and the product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation. The successful candidate will align inventory levels with business requirements, drive the automation of NetSuite demand planning, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct forecasting and demand planning processes across all product lines.
  • Drive the implementation and automation of NetSuite Demand Planning systems by the end of Q3.
  • Assist with inventory management supported by demand planning. 
  • Track inventory metrics, assess forecast accuracy, and proactively report supply chain risks.
  • Oversee end-to-end product phase-in and phase-out strategies.
  • Track progress of product phase-in and phase-out strategies including achievement rate
  • Manage transition projects for ingredients from initial planning to execution.
  • Provide regular updates on product launches, phase-outs, and stock levels to Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Supervise Product Approval Playbooks to ensure full compliance prior to roll-out.
  • Partner with R&D, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Sales to streamline product launches and stock transitions.
  • Run weekly meetings and maintain project tracker, timelines and meeting minutes
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
  • Successful automation of NetSuite Demand Planning by the end of Q4.
  • Overall Forecast Accuracy.
  • Inventory Turnover Rates.
  • Management of Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
  • Punctual execution of product introductions and retirements.
  • Flawless implementation of ingredient transitions.
  • Prompt and accurate reporting to Sales and Account Managers.

RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory control, and/or sourcing & procurement
  • At least 1 year of experience managing U.S. or Asia supply chains, including supplier management and logistics coordination.
  • Hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing, including bag-in-box packaging and design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chain projects and international cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-regional teams and complex international supply networks.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep familiarity with ERP operations(NetSuite preferred) and systems optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Mandarin preferred but not required.

Compensation: 

Note: The starting salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as location.
