• Responsible for driving premium and fees growth for Group Dental and Vision in Regional and National Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic sales opportunity support
• Best-in-class training (internal and external) support
• Serve as industry leader for group dental and vision
• Serve as key contact with dental and vision consultants and brokers
• Subject matter expertise and competitive intelligence for dental and vision products
• Enhance partnerships by building, growing and maintaining relationships with sales partners, intermediaries and peers
• Promote positive culture within assigned product vertical and the COE
• Compliance with policy guidelines and adherence to assigned budgets, as applicable.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• 5+ years of dental and vision or related insurance industry experience.
• L&H license or ability to get this license within 3 months.
Preferred:
• College and Advance Degree Preferred
• Life and Health License in all States
• 10+ years Dental and Vision Industry knowledge (UW, Claims, Sales Process)
• Knowledge of all Dental and Vision product lines preferred
• Strong knowledge of competitors and Industry Best Practices
• Key relationships with brokers and consultants
• Ability to create strong internal and external partnerships
The expected salary range for this position is $170,000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
