Who are we?

Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. Teams use us to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. We build precision-calibrated digital twins and run massively parallel simulation scenarios, so customers spend less time on expensive, slow real-world testing. Our customers include leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams.

Who are we looking for?

A deployments leader who turns closed deals into successful, expanding customers. This is an early, high-ownership, operational role at the intersection of customers, engineering, and product. You'll run deployments for leading robotics and autonomy teams, coordinate the technical work behind them, and bring what you learn back to product and go-to-market. You'll spend real time onsite with customers and with the founders, who are shaping how Antioch deploys and communicates. You'll define this function rather than inherit one.

What you'll do

  • Lead post-sales deployments end to end, coordinating solutions architecture with engineering support so implementations land on time and at high quality.
  • Build the deployments function from scratch: playbooks, processes, and tooling that scale to future customers.
  • Own the customer feedback loop: gather signal across deployments, pull out the patterns, and work with the Head of Product and CTO so customer needs shape the roadmap.
  • Curate Antioch's canonical content: documentation, training videos, and pre- and post-sales collateral.
  • Build trust with a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers and PMs to VPs, CTOs, and CEOs.
  • Find new use cases: expand single-objective pilots into more teams and organizations.
  • Travel to customers across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role: solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical program management, technical consulting, or post-sales at a technical product company.
  • Real technical depth: at least technical PM-level fluency. Our customers are all technical, so you need to hold your own with their engineers and code effectively with AI tools.
  • Exceptional communication: you can explain a complex product crisply to an engineer, a PM, and a CEO, in writing and in person.
  • Serious operational chops: a track record of running high-stakes, tight-timeline projects across many stakeholders.
  • Strong product instincts: you spot patterns in customer conversations and turn them into clear, prioritized requirements.
  • Excellent writing: documentation and training materials people actually use.
  • Strong grounding in statistics and machine learning to compare simulation results with real-world telemetry.
  • Comfort with regular travel and in-person customer work.
  • Nice to have: robotics, autonomy, simulation, or Physical AI experience; early-stage or deployments-from-scratch experience; founder or founder-adjacent experience.
