About the Role

Factory is looking for a Deployed Product Manager! Our customers come to us with a conviction that the future of their engineering organization is agent-native, and that the way they build software is about to fundamentally change. Deployed product manager's are responsible for turning that conviction into reality.

You own the post-sales journey for our most strategic accounts and lead their transformation: understanding how an enterprise builds software today, mapping where Factory belongs across their software development lifecycle, and driving the adoption that makes them both a power user of Factory and a stronger engineering organization. You will synthesize what the customer needs, what their engineers are motivated by, what the product can do, and where the impact is greatest, and then go make it happen.

Deployed product manager's are do-ers who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. You operate like a technical product manager pointed at the customer: organized, analytical, and relentless about driving a deployment toward a solution. You will help build the playbook, influence the roadmap, and define what success looks like for enterprise engineering teams.

What You Will Do and Achieve
  • Own the technical relationship for your accounts from the moment a deal closes, partnering with the Account Executive and Solutions Engineer who landed them.

  • Immerse yourself in how each customer builds software, locate their biggest sources of friction, and design a deployment plan that transforms them into a software factory.

  • Get customers live as quickly as possible, then drive sustained adoption and consumption growth.

  • Work with executives and individual users, finding creative, high-leverage ways to ramp usage.

  • Build repeatable playbooks and automate the operational work, monitoring consumption and intervening early when usage dips or blockers arise.

  • Embed with our Engineering and Product teams to turn what you see in the field into native Factory capabilities.

Qualifications
  • An extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments and drive them to a result.

  • A strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design. You must reason fluently about how enterprises build and ship software.

  • A product manager's mindset: organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to rally engineers and stakeholders toward a solution. Backgrounds that map well include technical product management at an engineering-led company, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or engineering experience paired with a genuine pull toward customers.

  • Sharp product intuition and real user empathy, with the credibility to work closely with engineers both at the customer and across our Product and Solutions Engineering teams.

  • A builder mindset. You are excited to help build the function, not just fill a seat, you are comfortable with ambiguity, and you move fast.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment where roles are fluid and ownership is high is desirable.
