Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on testing of devices using standard and custom test setups.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reliability test procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
- Maintain testing lab and equipment in good working conditions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design improvements.
- Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.
- Support ReRAM device characterization, testing report and reliability report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in programming with Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
- Basic understanding of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation
- Experience of testing equipment (ex. Oscilloscope, signal generator, multi-meter)
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Salary Range: $90,000 - $250,000 / year
