Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and client accounts. You will work closely with strategists, designers, copywriters and analytics specialists to improve campaign performance and deliver measurable results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

  • Develop audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets and testing plans

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and conversions

  • Test ad creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages to improve results

  • Work with designers and copywriters to develop effective advertising assets

  • Track campaign performance, conversions and return on advertising spend

  • Investigate performance changes and recommend data-driven adjustments

  • Prepare performance reports and communicate key findings to clients

  • Collaborate with other marketing specialists on integrated campaigns

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid media or performance marketing

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, bidding and conversion tracking

  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising campaigns against business goals

  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and turning insights into clear actions

  • Understanding of A/B testing and performance measurement

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns

  • Comfortable presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients

NICE TO HAVE
Agency experience; B2B or e-commerce advertising; Google Ads certification; experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager; landing page optimisation; and familiarity with additional advertising platforms.
