- Audit metadata across key asset sets in the DAM - reviewing tags and metadata, flagging gaps and inconsistencies, and updating the tagging-agent documentation so standards stay current.
- Build a repeatable de-duplication process for identifying, flagging for removal, and managing duplicate assets in the DAM - reducing storage and the confusion that comes from multiple versions of the same thing.
- Create onboarding materials - reusable how-to guides and Loom walkthroughs, including a "DAM 101" set covering basic functionality - that support self-serve onboarding for new DAM users.
- Learn how taxonomy functions inside the DAM and its downstream implications for marketing teams, captured in a short one-page explainer.
