Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Digital Channel Email Production Manager”.

Location: South San Francisco, CA
Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Rate: $70-$73.5/hr on W2

About the Role
Digital Experience team is transforming how the organization engages patients and customers through modern digital, AI‑driven, and omnichannel experiences. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and hands‑on execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns across house email and VAE programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end email and lifecycle campaign production (setup, QA, UAT, approvals, deployment, monitoring).
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, analytics, and agency teams to deliver high‑quality communications.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain and improve workflows, documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Serve as primary contact for internal teams and vendors; support adoption of new tools and processes.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Email & Lifecycle Marketing execution.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (AJO, SFMC, Braze, Iterable).
  • Knowledge of triggered journeys, segmentation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong project management and cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
Preferred
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience.
  • Exposure to omnichannel or multichannel lifecycle programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM, workflow tools, AEM, or CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks in campaign management.
