Poshmark is seeking a highly creative and digitally fluent Digital Designer to join the Creative Team. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, art direction, and high-volume content production. The Digital Designer will help shape how the Poshmark brand shows up across every customer touchpoint — including paid and organic social, email, in-app experiences, editorial content, and marketing campaigns.

This individual combines strong visual taste with exceptional executional skills, bringing a sharp understanding of fashion, culture, and platform-native design trends. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, embraces emerging creative technologies including AI-powered tools, and understands how to balance speed, scalability, and craft.

Responsibilities

Creative Development & Design Execution
  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across paid social, organic social, email marketing, push notifications, editorial, and in-app experiences.

  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling, channel-specific creative that aligns with Poshmark’s brand identity and business objectives.

  • Contribute to creative concepting, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation alongside cross-functional partners.

Channel-Native Content Creation
  • Develop platform-specific content optimized for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, email, and app environments.

  • Adapt creative approaches based on platform behaviors, audience expectations, and performance best practices.

  • Produce short-form motion graphics, animated assets, GIFs, and video-forward creative content.

Brand & Design Systems
  • Maintain and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries to support efficient content creation across teams.

  • Ensure brand consistency while continuously elevating the visual quality and sophistication of creative output.

Performance & Growth Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Social, CRM, and Brand teams to iterate creative based on campaign performance and user engagement insights.

  • Apply data-informed design thinking to improve conversion, retention, and engagement outcomes.

AI & Emerging Creative Tools
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools and workflows to increase efficiency, experimentation, and content scalability while maintaining high creative standards.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in design, motion, AI, fashion, and digital culture.

6-Month Accomplishments

Within the first six months, the Digital Designer will:

  • Successfully onboard into Poshmark’s brand systems, workflows, and campaign processes.

  • Independently manage day-to-day creative production across key marketing channels.

  • Deliver high-quality paid and organic social creative that aligns with brand standards and performance objectives.

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Creative, Growth, Social, and CRM teams.

  • Contribute new creative ideas, visual references, and platform-native approaches to ongoing campaigns.

  • Demonstrate proficiency using AI-assisted creative tools within the production workflow.

12-Month Accomplishments

Within the first twelve months, the Digital Designer will:

  • Become a trusted creative contributor and key partner across major marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Lead the design and execution of multi-channel creative campaigns from concept through production.

  • Help evolve Poshmark’s digital visual identity and contribute to raising the overall creative standard of the brand.

  • Improve team efficiency through scalable templates, workflows, and asset systems.

  • Demonstrate measurable impact through creative performance improvements across engagement and conversion metrics.

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for emerging creative technologies, AI-enabled workflows, and digital design best practices.

Requirements

Experience
  • 2–5 years of digital design experience, ideally within a consumer brand, marketplace, fashion/lifestyle company, or agency environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital campaigns, social content, branding, and motion design.

Design & Creative Skills
  • Strong visual design, typography, layout, and storytelling capabilities.

  • Demonstrated art direction sensibility with an elevated eye for fashion, culture, and digital trends.

  • Ability to create compelling content that balances brand consistency with platform relevance.

Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

  • Expertise in Figma and modern digital design workflows.

  • Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, RunwayML, Kling, or similar platforms.

  • Motion design and short-form video editing capabilities required.

Collaboration & Work Style
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with openness to feedback and iteration.

Nice to Have
  • Experience within fashion, resale, marketplace, or consumer app environments.

  • Background in creator-led or UGC-style content production.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email production.

  • Photography, styling, or creative production experience.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI workflows.
