CORSAIR is seeking an energetic, creative, and customer-facing Digital Events Engagement Manager to help drive the next evolution of our digital footprint. This role will serve as a key on-camera personality for digital events, livestreams, product launches, and community activations while developing content concepts, audience engagement strategies, and scalable processes that support business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong presentation skills with a passion for gaming, technology, and community engagement. They are equally comfortable hosting a livestream, brainstorming new content formats, partnering with cross-functional teams, and building repeatable programs that improve efficiency and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary host for CORSAIR livestreams, digital events, product launches, and community broadcasts.
  • Foster community engagement before, during, and after digital events.
  • Develop creative concepts and programming ideas for livestreams, recurring content series, product showcases, and community-focused initiatives.
  • Build and maintain digital event content calendar.
  • Research industry trends, creator content, streaming formats, and audience behavior to drive innovation.
  • Support the development of community-driven sales initiatives and promotions. 
  • Track engagement and performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Identify new content opportunities that align with business priorities and audience interests.
  • Create hosting frameworks, run-of-show templates, and content playbooks that can be utilized across multiple events and teams.
  • Support the expansion of digital event capabilities globally across EMEA, APAC, and other key regions.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in digital events, on-camera, livestreaming, or related fields.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable hosting livestreams, webinars, digital events, or similar programs.
  • Experience developing content strategies and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Live, TikTok Live, and similar tools.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or online communities.
  • Understanding of social commerce, live selling, or community-driven marketing programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience and passion in gaming, technology, consumer electronics, or enthusiast markets.
  • Charismatic and engaging ability to connect with our community

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $80,000—$110,000 USD
