This role exists to build, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising that predictably generates qualified leads for the business. The company is investing in an experienced specialist to own Google Ads and support Facebook Ads, ensuring efficient spend, continuous optimization, and measurable results. The Impact you’ll make
Google Ads Management and Optimization
- Plan, launch, and manage search, display, and remarketing campaigns aligned to lead-gen goals
- Perform ongoing keyword research, bidding, budget pacing, and ad copy testing
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking and audiences; continuously optimize for CPL and conversion rate
Facebook and Social Advertising Support
- Build and optimize Facebook/Meta campaigns for lead generation and remarketing
- Test creative, audiences, and placements; iterate based on data
- Coordinate with stakeholders on messaging and offers that convert
Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization
- Align campaigns to the buyer journey; recommend landing page and offer improvements
- Set up A/B tests (ads, CTAs, pages) and apply learnings to reduce CPL and improve lead quality
- Collaborate to refine lead qualification criteria and handoff processes
Market, Audience, and Competitor Research
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to inform targeting, keywords, and messaging
- Identify new audience segments and geographic opportunities
- Monitor trends in construction-industry advertising to stay ahead of the curve
Reporting, Insights, and Marketing Support
- Build clear weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
- Translate data into recommendations for budget allocation and creative strategy
- Support broader marketing tasks as needed to drive pipeline growth
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven and hands-on experience in Google Ads management and optimization
- Practical experience running Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to set up and interpret conversion tracking (e.g., Google Ads tags, GA4, GTM or platform pixels)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable optimizations

- Technical: Keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, negative keyword management, remarketing, A/B testing, landing page optimization collaboration, conversion tracking/attribution, basic GA4/GTM familiarity
- Soft skills: Proactive ownership, strong work ethic, clear communication, time management, problem-solving, and comfort working with minimal hand-holding
- Domain: Familiarity with construction-industry advertising or lead-gen nuances (vs. ecommerce) is a strong plus
