You’ll be responsible for creating a diverse Marketing and Creative team recruiting talented designers and photographers as well as running a brand new internship program, to identify and develop that next generation of talent.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a couple of years all round digital experience looking to embed themselves with a company and continue to expand their digital remit.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create a new Marketing and Creative team and Internship Program
  • Liaise with other departments within the business to plan out marketing activity
  • Work alongside Social Media Executive to support organic content
  • Manage the execution of paid campaigns across social media platforms
  • Ensure all copy is in line with brand guidelines.

  • Previous experience working on major Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
