Vouched builds identity verification infrastructure that helps organizations know who they're dealing with - whether that's a patient, a financial customer, an online shopper, or an AI agent acting on someone's behalf. As identity verification needs expand beyond people to include autonomous agents, Vouched is at the center of defining what trust looks like next.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives on execution — someone who can take a campaign from idea to measured results across email, social, and events without needing much direction along the way. You'll be the person who keeps our always-on marketing motion running smoothly and reports back on what's actually working.

What You'll Do
  • Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events, from planning through to launch
  • Own optimization, testing and measurement and reporting for each channel, and use the results to sharpen future campaigns
  • Build and manage email and lifecycle campaigns, including nurture sequences and product announcements
  • Support event marketing logistics and promotion, from webinars to in-person or virtual conferences
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and keep campaigns on track across multiple channels at once
  • Use HubSpot (or a similar platform) to build campaigns, automate workflows, and track performance
  • Bring a self-starter, can-do attitude — spot what needs to get done and get it done with minimal oversight
  • Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing to keep messaging and campaigns aligned

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social, and events
  • Genuinely self-sufficient — a self-starter who takes ownership without needing close supervision
  • Comfortable measuring and reporting on campaign performance, and adjusting based on the data
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and channels at once
  • A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude toward getting campaigns live and improving them
  • Excellent written communication skills; comfortable writing or editing customer-facing copy
Nice to Have
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Experience marketing to buyers in healthcare, fintech, or eCommerce
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, identity verification, fraud, trust & safety, or compliance-driven markets
  • Experience at an early- or growth-stage B2B SaaS company

Benefits
  • Equity compensation
  • Remote-first environment
  • Flexible PTO and 11+ annual company holidays
  • 401k
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Wellness benefits (EAP, LifeHealth Online, One Medical, Perkpot)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Pay scale: $90k-$100k OTE
