Qu is seeking a data-led digital marketing manager who is passionate about opportunity creation and campaign management.  This role is a critical contributor to our 2025 growth as we continue to transform the way restaurants use technology.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Marketing Automation & Email Management
    • Manage our marketing automation system (HubSpot) and email programs using foundational tools, including SFDC, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, and other plugins and systems. 
    • Implement effective email strategies, from TOFU to BOFU, and email nurtures with the goal of driving engagement and conversions. 
    • Improve foundational processes (i.e, lead scoring, integrations, nurturing) and back-end systems for data cleanliness and segmentation.
  • Paid & Organic Channel Management (Conversion Optimization)
    • Launch and manage paid and organic channels to drive conversions - net new leads, meetings, and opportunities. 
    • Optimize website and landing pages for CRO, supporting a website refresh in collaboration with our internal team and agency.  
    • Identify, test, and adopt new digital channels and ABM tools. 
  • ABM Campaigns & Analytics 
    • Develop, manage, and execute ABM-led digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid) to drive engagement and generate leads.
    • Create and optimize outbound strategies based on buying signals, intent, and data analysis, working with the sales team and other stakeholders. 
    • Track and monitor analytics on campaign performance, sharing top insights. Deliver effective, concise reports mapping to goals, KPIs and revenue generation. 
    • Maintain campaign calendars with a focus on content reuse and repurposing to drive engagement and optimize efficiency. 

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3+ years digital marketing experience in a SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience interfacing with Sales, demand gen, product marketing, and content leaders. 
  • Experience working in restaurants or with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a big plus.
  • Passionate about working with many functional areas across the organization.
  • Data-centric with an ability to own/produce reports, track metrics, and glean actionable insights.
