The Technology organization is seeking a results-driven Digital Product Manager to join its Core Capabilities segment, responsible for defining product strategy and roadmap, owning product vision, and leading end-to-end digital product delivery in an Agile environment. This role involves managing the product backlog, prioritizing and refining features, ensuring operational readiness, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business and customer needs—particularly within the insurance domain—into actionable deliverables that drive measurable business value. The Digital Product Manager will guide development efforts from concept to delivery, optimize value realization, and ensure the successful launch of digital products and capabilities that meet customer expectations for functionality and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Product Roadmap

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business objectives, customer expectations, and market trends in the MGA space.
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing near-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Establish the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for new features and manage iterative releases toward continuous improvement.
  • Present product strategy, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Stakeholder & Customer Alignment

  • Maintain strong, ongoing alignment with internal stakeholders, business partners, and customers to ensure product decisions reflect real-world needs.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate needs into well-defined epics, features, and user stories.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer within the delivery team, advocating for experiences that drive satisfaction and retention.

Agile Delivery & Execution

  • Act as an active member of the Scrum delivery team, participating in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.
  • Own and maintain a refined, prioritized backlog in collaboration with cross-functional, self-organizing teams.
  • Champion development best practices and quality standards to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
  • Review and validate each iteration before release, incorporating feedback to drive continuous product refinement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Digital Product Owner or Digital Product Manager role.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum frameworks, sprint cadences, and backlog management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering digital products on time and within scope.
  • Familiarity with insurance market trends and MGA operating models.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executive audiences.
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and seniority levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to product quality.

Preferred

  • Experience with Design Thinking and/or Lean product development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with modern product and project tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, or similar.
  • Experience working in or alongside InsurTech environments or digital distribution channels.
  • Product management certification (CSPO, PSPO, or similar) is a plus.
