Job Description:
 

Role Overview

As a Director, AI Advisory, you will serve as a senior strategic partner to Global 2000 customers and internal cross-functional teams. You will shape enterprise AI transformation journeys that align business priorities with Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud platform—driving outcomes from vision through value realization. This role requires a trusted advisor who can engage C-suite stakeholders, translate business challenges into strategic AI solutions, and collaboratively deliver impact at scale.

You will be expected to support growth by enabling customers to operationalize agentic AI, elevate enterprise capabilities, and expand advisory influence across the lifecycle of the customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Transformation Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to C-suite leaders on AI strategy, responsible AI, governance, organizational readiness, and change management.

  • Lead high-impact executive discovery workshops to uncover strategic priorities, pain points, and high-value use cases across business functions.

  • Translate complex business challenges into strategic AI solution blueprints aligned to the Uniphore Business AI Cloud, including orchestration models, agentic workflows, data governance, and security.

  • Develop compelling AI value propositions, success metrics, ROI frameworks, and business cases that resonate with enterprise stakeholders.

Pre-Sales & Strategic Pursuits

  • Partner deeply with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Marketing to shape transformative AI narratives tailored to enterprise scale.

  • Represent Uniphore in executive-level engagements, including pursuits, RFP responses, and strategic presentations.

  • Align BAIC capabilities with customer AI maturity, strategic priorities, and competitive differentiators to influence deal strategy and solution design.

Post-Sales Enablement & Value Realization

  • Act as the strategic AI advisor through onboarding, implementation, and scaling phases to ensure outcomes are aligned to executive intent.

  • Guide customers through use-case prioritization, sequencing, and road-mapping for scalable agentic AI adoption.

  • Collaborate with Delivery, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure advisory insights inform execution, risk mitigation, and adoption strategies.

  • Lead executive value reviews, measure realized outcomes, and inform expansions or roadmap evolution.

Internal Advisory Leadership & Capability Growth

  • Contribute to the development of reusable playbooks, frameworks, and methodologies that formalize AI advisory best practices across Uniphore.

  • Mentor and elevate advisory team members to ensure consistent execution excellence and thought leadership.

  • Provide strategic feedback into product and platform roadmaps based on enterprise insights, helping shape future BAIC innovation.

Experience & Skills

Executive & Business Acumen

  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge leaders at the CEO, CIO, CDO, COO, and CMO levels.

  • Strong track record in enterprise transformation, digital strategy, management consulting, or strategic advisory roles.

  • Ability to link advanced AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes with clarity and precision.

  • Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, workshop leadership, and whiteboarding skills.

AI & Technology Expertise

  • Deep understanding of agentic AI principles, enterprise AI architectures, LLMs, orchestration layers, and platform design.

  • Familiarity with enterprise concerns around data governance, security, compliance, and risk management in AI deployments.

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, with comfort engaging across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with SaaS, cloud-native solutions, and large enterprise integrations.

Preferred Domain Knowledge

One or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • Customer Experience (CX) 

  • Contact Center / Conversational AI

  • Marketing

  • Revenue Operations

  • Compliance, Risk, and Quality

  • Employee Experience or Knowledge Management

Industry Expertise

Experience in two or more of the following:

  • Banking

  • Insurance

  • Telecommunications

  • Retail

Professional Background

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise advisory, AI strategy, or digital transformation.

  • Proven success engaging Fortune 500 / Global 2000 enterprises through both strategic pursuits and delivery phases.

  • Demonstrated exposure to enterprise AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, or emerging enterprise technologies.

Skills and experience: 

  • Experience serving in consulting services companies at senior manager and / or associate partner level for big 4, MBBs, GSIs, or other consulting firms

  • Experience serving clients in one or more of our target verticals - Telcos, Banks, Insurers, and Retailers

  • Technology background with experience in having implemented 2-4 Generative AI enabled transformation at Fortune 500 companies

  • Experience with Google’s vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Palantir, DataRobot, Databricks, Snowflake

  • Book of executive relationships

  • Target Companies to seek resources from:

    • Companies with consulting competency

    • Typical target company could be Booz Allen, Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG, Bain, BCG, Slalom, Alvarez Marsal, Oliver Wyman, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS

  • Work location:

One each in Palo Alto and NYC
